Equipment needed to start your Ripped! workouts:
- A workout Step is optional for all the Ripped workouts
(these can be purchased from The Step company)
- Free Weights or Body Weight:
Absolute Beginners: You can start by using your own body weight.
Beginners: 2 sets of dumbbells. We recommend 2lb - 5lb for females and 3lb-8lb for males.
Intermediate: 2 sets of dumbbells. We recommend 3lb - 8lb for females and 4 lb-10 lb for males.
Advanced: 2 sets of dumbbells or a barbell. We recommend at least 6 lb - 8 lb for females and 8l b - 10 lb for males.
